4. Payments & Pricing

  • Pricing for influencer campaigns is determined case-by-case.

  • Payments must be made upfront before campaign execution.

  • Refunds are not provided once campaign execution has started.

  • We are not liable for influencer content performance beyond agreed metrics.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • InfluPact owns all content, trademarks, and materials on our platform.

  • Clients may use content created via our campaigns only for the agreed campaign duration.

  • Unauthorized reproduction or misuse of materials is prohibited.

6. Campaign Performance & Liability

  • We do not guarantee specific results, such as engagement rates or conversions.

  • We are not responsible for external factors like social media algorithm changes.

  • Influencers are responsible for the content they create, and brands must ensure compliance with advertising laws.

7. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate users violating our Terms.

  • Decline partnerships with brands or influencers engaging in unethical practices.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of campaign details, pricing, and any proprietary information shared.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes shall be governed by Indian laws.

  • Jurisdiction is set in Haryana, India.

  • Disputes will first be resolved through mutual discussion; if unresolved, arbitration will be pursued.

10. Amendments to Terms

InfluPact reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
